Payment is done via Paypal with USD or Stripe. I would heavily prefer Stripe.

If the buyer is Malaysian, payment can be done via online banking or Boost.

When the payment is done, the buyer will receive a high quality image of the character and a reference for the character.

Chargebacks are not allowed. The buyer must be the cardholder of the card that is linked to the PayPal account they are paying with or they were authorised to make the payment by the cardholder. If, by any chance, I receive a chargeback because the purchase was not made by the cardholder or authorised by the cardholder, I take no responsibility over it. It is not my responsibility to make sure the buyer is the cardholder or where authorised by them.

The adoptable design can only be used for personal and non-monetised uses, Unless I, as the artist, and the buyer come to the agreement otherwise.

You can trade or gift adoptables to other parties, I would simply like to be informed so I can credit the design to the gifted or traded party.

You may draw and post art of the adoptable on your own social media accounts, credit isn’t necessary but appreciated.

You can also make minor changes to the design such as changing the colour palette, adding or removing accessories, and altering the clothes.

Any artwork that was made for a commission may not be used for Crypto, NFT or AI Learning purposes.

Failure to adhere to these terms will result in losing your rights to the Adoptable and/or landing in a blacklist that will prevent you from having your commissions be accepted by me in the future depending on how bad I think your actions are.
